What does the staffing process look like with RSS?

After reaching out, an RSS representative will connect for an initial consultation to understand your needs. We'll then schedule an in-person meeting to dive deeper into your hiring goals and assess the work environment.

Following this, we'll create a proposed service contract. Once finalized, RSS will commence the recruitment process to meet your staffing needs. Stay updated with regular communications from your dedicated Talent Recruiter on progress and identified candidates

  • Who pays placed temp-to-hire employees?

    When a temp-to-hire employee works for a client, Referral Staffing Solutions is considered the employer of record. Because of this, benefits and paychecks are issued through RSS in a weekly direct deposit, and the employee is covered by RSS unemployment insurance and workers' compensation. 



    Referral Staffing Solutions employees can enroll in a limited medical plan, term life insurance, short-term disability, vision, and dental insurance. Additional benefits include a Referral Bonus Program, Employee of the Month Program, paid holidays after meeting qualifying hours, and other annual promotions.

  • What does the staffing process look like with RSS?

    After initial contact with us, you will be contacted by an RSS representative to have an initial consult. We'll discuss your needs and identify which service may be the best fit. 



    If the work is done at a physical location, we prefer to follow up with an in-person meeting to talk about your hiring needs and goals in-depth and see the work environment. 



    From there, we'll generate a proposed service contract, and once completed, RSS will jump in and begin the recruitment process to fill your staffing needs! You'll be contacted regularly by the assigned Talent Recruiter, receiving updates on progress and any potential candidates that have been identified.
