Does RSS take a portion of my pay?
No! Our employees do not pay RSS for services. All costs associated with our services are managed by the company in which you are placed.
How long do temporary jobs last?
RSS aims for temporary assignments that last three months to a year. Longer-term options allow for flexibility while still building a resume!
When would I be hired on?
To be eligible to be hired by a company, a temp-to-hire employee must work 480 hours total. This usually takes about three months of working 40 hours per week!
